I made a recount about Chuck The Chicken at Kiwi Can. If you find anything that I can improve on please leave a comment with feedback.
OINK!!!,
Today we watched an entertaining tape of Mrs McGuinnity's Inquiry Group playing the game Chuck the Chicken, even though it was a cow that sounded like a pig. The class played it with the Kiwi Can leaders, Katie And Nathan.
When the game started they got divided into two teams. The first team were in a circle and they started to chuck the chicken. The cow went to Sam T who got his team a point. The reason he made it was because Dom was the odd one out and he was the only one not in line.
The next round when Nathan said “CHUCK THE CHICKEN” Adelaide jumped up sprinted around and swooped into his seat he got his team the point because Sam M wasn’t in line.
It went on to the next team and the first person in that team that had to run was Junior. Junior had supersonic speed and it payed off because he got a point for his team.
The second person that had to run and throw the cow was Nyesha. I’m not so sure but I think that she didn’t get the point, then I heard Dom say “That’s not a straight line”. When Dom said that it made me laugh out loud.
The last person to throw was Lukas and he got a well deserved point for his team. Suddenly Katie changed the rules and now they were much more complicated.
The second team was passing around the cow while saying chuck the chicken then Nathan yelled “CHUCK THE CHICKEN”. Christian had it but it took him awhile to throw the cow. Once he did throw the cow it went out the window and Michael sprinted outside to get it while Christian was running. The last few people to run were Dom, Matthew M, Junior and Lukas. The team that chucked the chicken won.
