What could I get with $50
Dear Emma,
My name is Rykin and I am a year 8 from Hornby High School and I am passionate about Gaming & Sport. My Favourite game is Fortnite Battle Royale & my favourite sport is Football. If I were to win the $50 i would either spend it on V-Bucks, Lollies or Fortnite Save The World,
Yours Sincerely,
Rykin

Drama-Custard Pie Fights
Today in Drama we learnt about Custard Pie fights. First we watched a few clips about Custard Pie fights in movies. We also watched a video with different ways to throw custard pies. Some examples are shot putting the pie, Discus throw and walking up to them and putting the pie into their face and twisting it so it sticks to the face. What makes them so funny is how the fight is not all rushed and they take their time and don't rush it.
Here are some of the videos that we watched:

Passion Projects: Stone Carving
Today in the workshop I kept working on the Koru out of Oamaru stone. Today all I had to do was use sandpaper to make our surface smooth. Today we used sandpaper for the first time in the workshop. My next step is too finish it off with a little bit more sanding.

Top 3 Flying Tips
This Is a Blog Post About Safety Tips on Aeroplanes,
I Got These Tips From This Website.
1. Arrive Early = Stay Calm:
Arrive at the airport early: The earlier you arrive, the more time you will have to relax before boarding. Running late may only worsen the anxiety of flying.
2. Tune In:
Listen to music. It will help filter out the plane noises you may find anxiety-producing. You can also try noise cancelling headphones for the moments all devices are to be turned off.
3. Start Reading:
Whether it’s a magazine, a book or a flyer you’ve found on the plane, divert your attention and focus on keeping your mind off the flight.
I Like The Men In Black Defenders Video Better.

The after the first hour we went into the Carving room and swapped with group A. To start we drew a simple Koru and started cutting it out. The Time I Was Challenged To Do Something: EOTC Week Task Board
This Year's Koru Games For Boys Football I was Challenged. But the most I was Challenged was this
one game were we we 1-0 down and we needed to win. Me and Waisea were upfront and Desperate to
get some goals. With 10 minutes to go, Waisea was dribbling down the wing and put in a ball for me on
the ground, I tapped it in and things were even, It was 1-1. With the last play called by the Ref,
Wasea down the Left wing again puts in an Amazing cross, I jumped in the air and put it in the back
of the net with the Bottom of my boot. The Whistle blew and the Game was over we had won 2-1, I had
2 Goals, Wasea had 2 assists and things were Great.
